Food?Sick helps you to identify patterns in symptoms that you experience after eating certain foods, to help you to identify food intolerances. Individual intolerances to foods can trigger a range of symptoms including headaches, bloating, rashes and behavioural symptoms in susceptible individuals.

Symptoms may occur immediately after eating, or be delayed, or occur only after a "buildup" of a particular food (or group of similar foods) over a day or even over several days.

Many food intolerances cannot be identified by blood or skin tests.

Keeping a record of your food intake and environmental factors including stress and pollen may help you to correlate your symptoms with food or environmental triggers.

Even if you can't see a pattern, discuss your symptoms with your dietitian as some food triggers are not immediately obvious to the untrained eye, or may be attributed to the wrong foods so you cut out foods from your diet unneccessarily!
